Doug Plourd

Doug Plourd is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning Delivery at ADP since 2008, where oversight encompasses all learning initiatives for both new hires and tenured employees across North American business units. Previous roles at ADP include Director of Sales Learning Delivery and Sales Learning Management Consultant, focusing on training and team leadership. Doug's career also includes positions at Paychex as District Manager, Entertainment Publications as A-Team DM, Premier Farnell as eCommerce Project Manager, and Newark Electronics as eCommerce Regional Sales Engineer.
