Jose Bansil

Jose Bansil is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Principal Enterprise Learning Business Partner at ADP since May 2021, while also owning and leading JBansil Consulting since April 2015. With extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Jose has held significant roles such as Assistant Director of Organizational Development at the Chelsea Hotel, and Director of Learning & Development for Delta Hotels and Resorts, where impactful training strategies were implemented across multiple properties. Notable accomplishments include designing brand training strategies during rebranding initiatives and launching a successful customer service program at Cadillac Fairview, which enhanced tenant satisfaction.
