Julie Lafferty is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and project management. Beginning career at Virgin Media as a Team Manager, Lafferty later served as Customer Service Manager at Chancellors before taking on the role of Section Manager - New Business at GMAC RFC, where responsibilities included managing a team of Lending Assessors and Underwriters, and ensuring compliance with FSA regulations.
