Kaitlyn Mann

Kaitlyn Mann, PHR, currently serves as the Director, HR Business Partner at ADP, where they have developed their expertise in Human Resources through various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager. Previously, Kaitlyn held positions at WorkMarket, an ADP company, as both an Operations Coordinator and a Human Resources Associate. Their early involvement in leadership began as President of the Delta Sigma Chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon and continued with roles such as VP of Membership Development. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Rider University and has a history of contributing to organizations like Berkman Funding and Rider University as a student worker.
