Katerina Blokhina-Bermudes

Katerina Blokhina-Bermudes is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR consulting, strategic management, and employee development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ADP since April 2016, Katerina specializes in providing analytical HR expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at NRG Home Solar, where Katerina managed HR programs in multiple locations, and various HR and operations positions at Teleflex, XIM, CPMC, and Kodak Ltd. Katerina holds an Executive Certificate in HR Leadership and an Associate’s Degree in Strategic HR Development from Cornell University, along with an MS in Psychology from Moscow State University of Humanities.
