Katia Leonidas has over 15 years of experience in sales and management within the human capital and insurance sectors. Currently, as Vice President in the Sales Division at ADP, Katia leads a team of human capital consultants, focusing on talent acquisition and retention strategies for businesses. Previously, Katia held various roles at ADP, including positions as Vice President of Private Equity and Major Account Sales Executive, managing key territories and developing client penetration strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Account Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Katia successfully expanded the prospect database, and as Sales & Solutions Executive at Xerox, generating significant revenue targeting educational and municipal markets. Katia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University - Newark, complemented by a minor in Business.
