Kristin Walle

Kristin Walle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial solutions and compliance. Currently serving as SVP/GM of Employee Financial Solutions/Global Payments at ADP since January 2001, Kristin oversees a global payment operations team and holds full P&L responsibility for a multi-billion dollar business. Kristin's previous roles at ADP include leading global payments and compliance operations, where initiatives included establishing an operational AML program and driving the expansion of financial crime risk management. In addition to a significant corporate career, Kristin is a board member at UNIFY Financial Credit Union and serves as an advisor at World Trade Resource. Academically, Kristin holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and has received accolades such as the "Rookie Faculty of the Year" award at the University of Phoenix.
