Malcolm McLeod

Malcolm McLeod is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and service technology, currently serving as the VP of Service Technology and Operations at ADP since May 2014. With a strong track record in defining product strategies and implementing innovative solutions, McLeod has held various leadership roles at ADP, including VP and Chief Product Owner for Service Technologies and Global Shared Services, and VP Product Management for Retirement Services. Prior to ADP, McLeod held key positions at Jornaya and EducationDynamics, where responsibilities included operations management, product development, and revenue growth.
