Manoj Varghese

Manoj Varghese is an experienced professional with a solid background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at ADP since July 2021, Manoj previously worked at Global Shipping & Logistics LLC as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included monitoring inbound and outbound activities and ensuring customer requests were met promptly. Manoj also held the position of Supervisor at JJ Fabricators, overseeing job allocation and employee concerns, and began a career at Wipro Limited as an Officer, focusing on customer account management for Telstra. Manoj holds an MSc in Computer Science from Indira College of Commerce and Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DY Patil University.
