Michelle Herrly

Michelle Herrly is a Senior Principal Solution Consultant at ADP, bringing over 20 years of experience in Human Capital management across diverse industries including financial services, banking, and technology. Previously, they held various positions such as VP/HR Director at First International Bank & Trust and AVP/Regional HR Officer at Bank of the West. Herrly has also served as Director of Operations at Avenue Right, LLC and Director of Human Resources at both Vtrenz and Workforce ROI. They are currently pursuing education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and hold a degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
