Mitsiel Soto

Mitsiel Soto is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the private equity and digital sales sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for Private Equity at ADP since April 2012, Mitsiel excels in leveraging portfolio-wide buying power and enhancing operational performance through industry-leading Human Capital Management solutions. Prior to this role, Mitsiel held the position of Sales Manager at Axesa Servicios de Información, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 60 sales associates and developing comprehensive training programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Sistema Universitario Ana G.
