Molly Kappel

Molly Kappel has held various leadership positions in employee engagement and client services across several companies. They served as Manager of Corporate Training & Development at GeoLearning from 2007 to 2009, and as Vice President of Employee Engagement at Docupace Technologies from 2015 to 2016. Kappel also worked at ADP from 2016 to 2021, where they advanced to Senior Director of Client Services for Major Accounts and later became Vice President of Implementation & Service. Their career has been marked by a commitment to enhancing client and employee experiences within diverse organizational settings.
