Nancy Doige

Nancy Doige is a Senior Client Service Manager for National Accounts in Western Canada at ADP, where they focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high retention and NPS scores through collaboration and teamwork. With 15 years of leadership experience, they have effectively led teams and prioritized workplace well-being. Nancy began their career as a Member Service Representative at Nicola Valley & District Credit Union and gained further experience at Vancity before joining ADP, where they have held various positions since 2007. They hold a degree from Douglas College in CPA and previously attended CDI College for Business/Office Automation.
