Randall Rogers

Randall Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global HR Shared Services at ADP since January 2021, Randall previously held various leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand from 2007 to March 2020, including Director of Global Talent Operations and Director of HR Shared Services for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa, where operations were improved across 20 countries. Randall also led North American HR Shared Services, managing critical support services and overseeing a talent acquisition team for sales and service operations. Additionally, previous experience includes roles at GE as Global Logistics Leader and as a Naval Officer in the US Navy. Randall holds a BBA in Management from Georgia State University and a degree in Naval Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
