Richard Matzinger is an accomplished sales professional with a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Currently serving as Global Sales Manager for Global Enterprise Solutions at ADP since July 2017, Richard has previously held the role of District Sales Manager within the same division, focusing on delivering comprehensive HCM applications through various deployment models. With over 12 years of prior experience as an HCM Consultant at ADP Major Accounts and as a District Manager for Small Business Services, Richard consistently achieved top sales performance by understanding customer needs and building valuable relationships.
