Rick Beley is a Director of Application Development at ADP since October 2004. Rick oversees four global teams in the US and Hyderabad, India, focused on developing a single application for global client service representatives. Prior to this role, Rick served as a Sr. Manager and Principal Application Developer at ADP, and as a Senior Technical Staff Member at AT&T Labs. Rick holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
