Robert Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation and business management within the field of SAP HR. Currently serving as Director of Implementation and Business Owner at ADP since January 2011, Johnson's previous roles include Director of Implementation and Manager of Implementation at the same company, as well as positions at British American Tobacco and Convergys, where significant contributions were made to the Johnson & Johnson HR BPO project. Prior to that, Johnson managed global HR processes at Atos and expanded UK recruitment consultancy into Europe at Alexander Mann Solutions. Johnson holds a BA(Hons) in European Business with French & Italian from Swansea University.
