Sara Tilley

Sara Tilley is the Vice President of Sales for Benefit Services at ADP. In this role, they drive successful outcomes through collaboration across various organizations, helping clients and partners leverage ADP solutions. With a proven track record in sales leadership, they have consistently exceeded sales quotas throughout their 10 years at ADP and have cultivated a high-performing sales team across the Government, Education, and Healthcare sectors. Sara earned an MBA from Campbell University and holds the elite SPHR certification, focusing on both personal and team development. Previously, they held various sales and marketing management positions at Nortel Networks from 1985 to 2004.
