Serena Hsia

Serena Hsia, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Psychology. Current roles include Senior Director, Global Talent Solutions Director, and Global Talent Solutions Manager at ADP. Previously, Serena served as an HR Data Analyst and Employee Engagement Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems. Early career experience includes positions as an I-O Psychology Intern at GlobalEdg and an Organization and Staff Development Intern at UCONN HEALTH. Additionally, Serena is a Governance Committee Member at the Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of the Pacific.
