Sonya Henderson

Sonya Henderson, SPHR, CEBS, CIP-II, is a seasoned human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in benefit plan compliance, employee relations, strategic business practices, and training. They began their career as a Benefit Specialist at Cross Insurance and progressed through various roles at ADP, culminating in their current position as Market Intelligence Director. Sonya holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in HR, alongside a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies from Thomas College.
