Steve Little

Steve Little serves as Vice President of Product Development at ADP since 2014, leading a team of approximately 200 technical professionals focused on Retirement Services, which manages over $100 billion in assets. Prior to ADP, Steve held the position of Vice President at Fiserv from 2010 to 2014, overseeing a $125 million business and a team of over 200 professionals supporting Investment Services’ Hosted Products. From 2005 to 2010, Steve was Executive Director at UBS Financial Services, managing a budget of $6 million and enhancing core applications for Client Inquiry and Online Services. Earlier in the career, from 1987 to 2005, Steve served as Senior Vice President at Wachovia Securities, managing a team of over 50 software developers and supporting critical client applications. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pace University, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
