Vicky Chen is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Vice President of Service for Global Payroll APAC. Vicky has extensive experience in HR consultancy and payroll system implementation across the Asia Pacific region, managing payroll service delivery for a diverse client base. Previously, Vicky held key roles at IBM and EY, focusing on payroll process improvement and client service operations. Vicky has successfully led a team of over 140 professionals, delivering services to more than 500 clients and 500,000 employees across multiple platforms.
