William E. Gonzalez Loreto

William E. Gonzalez Loreto is a Payment Security Specialist with extensive global experience in large, complex environments. They began their career in 1999 as a PKI/cryptography researcher at Arthur Andersen and subsequently managed information security programs for Dayco Telecom before consulting for IBM from 2008 to 2015. At IBM, William served as the single point of contact with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Council and led security consulting efforts across over 15 countries. Currently, they are a Senior PCI DSS Security Risk Manager at ADP, overseeing the PCI DSS compliance program. William holds a Computer Sciences Engineer degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar and is pursuing a graduate certificate in computer security.
