Yolanda Sumpter

Yolanda Sumpter is a seasoned Lead Product Manager with a diverse background in IT consulting and product support. They began their career at RCM Technologies as an IT Consultant from 2011 to 2014, followed by a role as an IT Infrastructure/Operations Analyst at ADP. Yolanda has held multiple positions at ADP, including Project Manager Field Business Analyst and Project Leader Field Business Analysts, showcasing their leadership and analytical skills. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and are currently pursuing an Associate's degree at Valencia Community College, alongside studies at Florida State University.
