Abhishek Minocha

Abhishek Minocha has a strong background in product management and business analysis. Abhishek currently serves as the Principal Product Manager at Smarsh since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Zenefits from 2020-2021, where they drove new deals and managed partner relationships. Abhishek also worked at Visa as a Product Manager from 2017-2020, where they led the development of acquirer controls product and achieved significant growth in the Asia-Pac transaction fraud market. Abhishek has experience in end-to-end product development as a Product Owner at Freescale Semiconductor from 2012-2016, where they identified process improvements and received recognition for their leadership. Abhishek began their career as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 2011 and worked as a System Analyst at Mann-India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from 2010-2011. Abhishek also worked as a Lead Engineer at CSC from 2007-2010 and as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra from 2005-2006, where they received awards for their contributions.

Abhishek Minocha has a diverse education history. In 2005, they completed their B.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. In 2016, they pursued an Immersion Program in Doing Business in Germany at Mannheim Business School. Later that year, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, in 2018, they received certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
