Zoa Norman

Zoa Norman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Human Capital Management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Director in Client Success and Strategic Client Partnerships at ADP since 2016, Zoa has established trusted relationships with C-suite executives within the global enterprise client division. Zoa also contributes as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Chicagoland Methodist Senior Services, which has provided support to seniors and their families for over a century. Prior roles include Consultant for HR Tech Success, President of Pedelty Enterprises, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at BPOMS, Vice President at Gevity and Adecco, and a long tenure at Ceridian. Zoa holds a degree from Washburn University.
