Brett Jones

Brett Jones has a long history of experience in the technology industry. Brett began their career in 1999 as a Sr. IT Consultant at Covansys. In 2003, they joined Harland Financial Solutions, Inc. as a Lean/Agile Software Development Coach, and then moved into the role of Software Engineering Manager, where they recruited, hired, and developed roles including Software and Quality Assurance Engineers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and more. In 2014, they joined D+H U.S. Operation, now part of D+H, as Director, Product Technology, Commercial Lending, where they developed and implemented a product-to-platform cloud migration strategy. Brett also served as Sr. Software Engineering Manager, growing the U.S. Commercial Lending software team to 15 members and directing the efforts of the global Commercial Lending program. In 2017, they joined Finastra as Sr. Director of Software Engineering, Lending and Compliance, leading product development for the Lending and Compliance line of business. Most recently, they joined Adpearance in 2021 as Director of Product, Web Applications.

Brett Jones graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems.
