Derek Chen

Derek Chen is an experienced design professional with a strong track record in product design and management, currently serving as a Design Mentor at adplist.org since August 2022. Previously, Derek held multiple roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, ultimately rising to Senior Product Design Manager for the HPE GreenLake Platform, where significant contributions included increasing design output by 300% and delivering over 200 platform features. Prior roles at Kloudless, Tradecraft, RushDeck, À La Carte, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company encompass a diverse range of product design and engineering responsibilities. Derek holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Statistics and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, completing the program in 2013.
