Jayson McCauliff

Jayson McCauliff is an accomplished design expert currently affiliated with the Executive Office of the President and the United States Digital Service, both since May 2024. Additionally, Jayson serves as a Product Design Player/Coach, collaborating with startups on UX since September 2023, and as a Design Mentor at adplist.org since January 2024. Previously, Jayson held the position of Director of UX at Ontada, leading design operations and coaching across product lines from August 2020 to August 2023. Prior roles include Design Lead at McKesson, where Jayson developed the company's first Product Design System, and Lead Service Designer at Designit, focusing on service design and product strategy for diverse clients. Jayson's extensive experience spans over two decades, including positions as Principal UX Designer at Cooper, Senior Visual Designer at EFI, and several roles emphasizing design systems across various industries. Jayson holds a BS in Applied Art & Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with multiple certificates in design leadership from Cooper Professional Education.
