Kaleb Loosbrock

Kaleb Loosbrock is an accomplished Staff Researcher at Instacart, where responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities and leading research efforts within the Connected Stores team. Kaleb has previously held positions as a Research Manager for both Shopper & Fulfillment and Shopper Experience, mentoring teams and enhancing research practices across the organization. As the founder of the AIxUXR community, Kaleb promotes collaborative learning about AI in UX research. Additional experience includes roles at adplist.org as a mentor, and various user research positions at companies such as Lyft and Gong, focusing on user insights and product strategies. Kaleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Arts Administration from Butler University, a certificate in Design Strategy & Innovation from California College of the Arts, and additional educational credentials from Stanford University and the Center for Cross Cultural Studies in Spain.
