Kat Chen is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in digital customer experiences and product management across various industries. Currently serving as Product Lead at Carma since July 2025, Kat owns the product vision and strategy for the entire digital customer journey. Previously, Kat held significant roles at WooliesX, where leadership included product strategy for eCommerce and mobile applications.
