Kris Holysheva is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in design and tech talent acquisition. As the Founder and Lead Design Recruiter at Hirey I Design Recruiters since October 2020, Kris has worked with notable clients including Workato and Wix, operating globally from Ukraine to San Francisco. In July 2024, Kris expanded expertise as the Founder and Lead Tech Recruiter at Hirey | Tech Recruiters, focusing on delivering outstanding candidates to clients. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Recruiter at Google and Global Talent Lead for Design at SoftServe, where Kris led diverse recruiting teams and implemented innovative hiring strategies.
