Oscar Gonzalez is a seasoned UX/UI Design Manager at In Time Tec since December 2022, having advanced from Junior Designer to Manager in four years, currently leading a diverse team of over 12 designers. Oscar helps shape the company's UX/UI Design Organization, developing pricing models and service frameworks. As a UX/UI Design Mentor at adplist.org, Oscar has dedicated over 300 hours to guiding aspiring designers globally through mentorship sessions. Previous experience includes roles as a UX/UI Designer at EX3 Labs, Creative Director at The Private Chef Experience Miami, and Business Owner of The Creative Manifesto LLC, exhibiting a broad range of skills in design, client relationship management, and creative direction. Educational background includes a UX/UI Design bootcamp from Ironhack and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
