Ruwan Fernando

Ruwan Fernando is an experienced professional in the field of User Experience design and leadership, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Go Boldly Design since July 2024. Fernando is also a Global Design Mentor at adplist.org, recognized as a top 1% mentor and community champion. Previously, Ruwan held the position of UX Director at Ubisoft Toronto, providing strategic guidance on User Experience and accessibility initiatives. As the Director of User Experience at Jam City, Fernando contributed to the development of the Champions Ascension Blockchain game and promoted best UX practices across various projects. Ruwan's expertise further extends to roles such as Art Director at Sprung Studios, where key contributions were made to major franchises, and as an instructor in UX design at both RED Academy and LaSalle College Vancouver. Ruwan holds a BA in Multimedia Design from Curtin University and has a background in UI art and design from Emerald City Games.
