Snehal Pendharkar

Snehal Pendharkar is a Senior User Experience Researcher at JPMorgan Chase & Co., leading qualitative and mixed methods user research projects for the Finance Team within Corporate Technology since September 2022. Additionally, Pendharkar serves as a mentor at adplist.org and previously held various user experience researcher roles at User Research International, where primary research was conducted for high-profile clients such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Earlier experience includes a User Experience Researcher position at Customized Energy Solutions, along with foundational roles in design and research during academic pursuits at The University of Texas at Dallas. Pendharkar holds a Master’s degree in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience with a specialization in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
