Tim O'Keefe is a seasoned UX professional and mentor with extensive experience in user experience design and leadership. Currently serving as a UX Mentor at adplist.org and the University of Arizona, Tim provides guidance to emerging UX talent and professionals navigating complex challenges. Tim’s technical expertise is backed by a long tenure at IBM, where contributions included leading UX architecture for various deep learning, high availability, and virtualization products. Prior to IBM, Tim was a Senior Research Scientist at Allen Corporation of America, focusing on human performance measurement for military applications. Tim holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Virginia Tech and a BA in Psychology from the University of Richmond. Additionally, Tim functions as the Webmaster for the Rancho Vistoso HOA, enhancing the online presence for over 6,000 homes.
