Pradeep Nambiar

Pradeep Nambiar has extensive work experience, starting with roles in the Indian Navy from 1996 to 2003, where they held positions such as Lieutenant and Senior Air Traffic Control Officer. Following this, they worked at US Technology as the Lead of the People Process Group from 2003 to 2004. Pradeep then joined Idea Cellular Ltd as a Senior Manager in HR & TQM from 2004 to 2006. Pradeep went on to work at KPMG Advisory as a Senior Consultant from 2006 to 2007, where they focused on HR consulting and worked with various industries in the Middle East. From 2007 to 2010, Pradeep served as the General Manager and HR Business Partner for IT & Research at Philips, where they successfully built a hybrid model IT Application Centre. Pradeep then held various leadership roles at Philips, including Global Talent Manager and Director of Leadership, Talent & Learning - Middle East, Turkey & Africa. Pradeep worked as the Director of HR for Middle East & North Africa at Wrigley from 2013 to 2016, where they implemented a new organizational design. From 2016 to 2021, they held multiple positions at Boeing, including Head of Talent Management for Boeing Global Services & Boeing International, and Organization Effectiveness Leader for India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey. Pradeep then joined ADQ in 2021, where they served as the Director of Portfolio People Strategy and Director of Portfolio Talent Transformation & Executive Talent Management. Finally, they are currently a Member of the HR Committee at Etihad since 2023.

Pradeep Nambiar has a Bachelor's degree in Physics major from the University of Calicut. Additionally, they have completed an Advanced HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Pradeep Nambiar has also obtained several certifications, including an Advanced Human Resource Executive Program from Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education and a TALENT TO VALUE PROGRAM from CEO.works. Pradeep has certifications in Board Effectiveness from IMD, Chartered Fellow CIPD from CIPD, International Member from the Institute of Directors (IoD), and Tranformational Team Facilitator from Aberkyn.
