Courtney McCall, PHR has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries. Courtney began their career in 2006 as a Production Coordinator at Melody Makers Newport Beach, where they scheduled auditions, taught dance classes, and implemented cost-effective management practices. In 2012, they joined Carnival Cruise Lines as an Entertainment Staff, responsible for organizing daily activities, managing equipment and uniforms, and assisting the Cruise Director. From 2012 to 2015, Courtney worked as a Senior Project Manager at Dr. Robert Kessler Medical Group. Currently, they are at adQuadrant, where they started in 2015 as a People Operations professional, handling internal events, recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. In November 2020, they assumed the role of Director of Operations. Courtney is known for their expertise in supporting and engaging employees and attracting top talent in digital media and technology.

Courtney McCall, PHR, completed their formal education with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Entertainment and Tourism, from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Golden West College. Furthermore, their high school education was obtained at Marina High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Courtney McCall has also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in August 2019.
