Lsw Kanani Dias Msw (Nakaahiki)

Kanani Dias (Nakaahiki) MSW, LSW is an experienced social worker and healthcare professional currently serving as a Case Manager for HMSA since October 2023, focusing on QUEST Integration. With an extensive background in social work, Kanani has held various roles, including Licensed Social Worker at The Queen's Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente Hawaii, where responsibilities included care coordination for individuals with special health care needs. As an owner and founder of Tiare Fit, a Polynesian-inspired dance fitness program, Kanani combines a passion for culture with health and wellness.
