Erik Goss

Erik Goss is a Director of Innovation at the American Arbitration Association, where they have worked for eight years, currently based in Atlanta. In this role, they focus on advancing dispute resolution through innovative ADR rules, new products, and the integration of emerging technologies, including AI. Goss has held various leadership positions within the organization, including in the Employment and Construction divisions, and contributed to business development efforts. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Georgia.
