Heledd Owens ACCA is currently the Head of Finance at Adra since October 2020. Prior to this, Heledd worked as the Commercial Operations Manager at Beech Developments from May 2018 to October 2020. Before that, Heledd held the position of Financial Controller at Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd from September 2011 to May 2018. With a background in accounting and finance, Heledd also served as Deputy Head of Finance and Procurement and Management Accountant at the same company. Starting their career as a Finance Assistant at Cyngor Gwynedd from March 2009 to September 2011, Heledd gained valuable experience before becoming a Trainee Chartered Accountant at McLintocks Chartered Accountants from June 2005 to March 2008. Heledd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangor University, earned between 2001-2005.

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We currently look after 6,300 homes and provide services to over 14,000 local customers. Our goal is that these are affordable and reliable. Improving the wellbeing of our communities is also important to us and we do this by protecting, promoting and supporting them to develop. The culture and heritage of our communities is also very important to us, especially our work to promote the Welsh language.
