Osian Tomos has extensive experience in management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Service Manager at Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd since October 2011, Osian oversees the Tenant Liaison Function for a significant £136 million project related to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard, focusing on key performance indicators such as tenant satisfaction. Concurrently, Osian holds the position of Service Manager at Adra. Previously, Osian worked as Commercial Supervisor at Llanberis Lake Railway from March 2009 to October 2011, where responsibilities included managing commercial activities, staff, budget monitoring, marketing, and customer service. Prior to that, Osian was the Tours, Contracts, and Office Manager at Silver Star Holidays from September 2005 to March 2009, overseeing holiday arrangements and contract management. Educational qualifications include a Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management from an ILM course between 2009 and 2012 and a degree in Communication and Media from Ysgol Glan y Mor, received in 2001.

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We currently look after 6,300 homes and provide services to over 14,000 local customers. Our goal is that these are affordable and reliable. Improving the wellbeing of our communities is also important to us and we do this by protecting, promoting and supporting them to develop. The culture and heritage of our communities is also very important to us, especially our work to promote the Welsh language.
