With a Master of Science in Administration, International Development from Andrews University, Emanuel has served in various roles including Senior Program Manager, Senior Advisor for Resilience & Humanitarian Response, and Country Director for ADRA Malawi and ADRA. Their expertise lies in coordinating responses to humanitarian crises, managing emergency programs, and overseeing diverse portfolios focused on health, education, agriculture, and WASH.
