Emmanuel Okuko

Emmanuel Okuko currently serves as the Chief of Party at ADRA International, leading a $108 million resilience food security project funded by USAID/BHA in multiple health areas in Africa. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at World Vision, where Emmanuel held various leadership positions such as Chief of Party for significant projects totaling over $65 million, Director for Eastern DRC, and Deputy Chief of Party for the Food Security Project, among others. Responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership, program management, stakeholder collaboration, and oversight of extensive humanitarian and development initiatives across several countries, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and achieving program objectives. Emmanuel's early career includes roles in food programming and emergency response, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving food security and resilience in vulnerable communities.
