Jair Parada has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNADECA and a Master's degree in International Development from Andrews University. With a background in finance, Jair has held various finance director positions at ADRA Mozambique and ADRA Asia Regional Office before becoming the Senior Director for Finance at ADRA International. Jair also served as the Director for Organizational Compliance at ADRA International.
