Kern D. Agard

Kern D. Agard, MSA, serves as the Country Director at ADRA International since June 2021, where operations management aligns with ADRA Togo’s strategic plan and drives a significant increase in program funding. Previous experience includes a role as Country Director at Mercy Ships, overseeing a multi-million-dollar program in Liberia and managing crisis operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kern D. Agard also held positions as Interim Programs Design Director and Programs Design Manager, leading complex programs and program design for numerous projects across West Africa. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Community and International Development from Andrews University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Professional Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
