Nidhi Malhotra

Nidhi Malhotra has over 10 years of experience in HR and recruitment. Nidhi most recently worked as a Senior HR Recruiter at Adreno Technologies since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Recruitment Specialist at IARA HR Services Pvt Ltd from September 2017 to May 2018. Nidhi also gained extensive experience as a Consultant at an Executive Search Firm from March 2011 to August 2017, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate profile validation, headhunting, and interview scheduling. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Executive HR at SDMH, Jaipur from August 2009 to February 2011, where they handled joining and induction formalities, employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR database maintenance.

Nidhi Malhotra started their education journey in 2004 at MLS University in Udaipur, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Nidhi completed the program in 2007. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they attended RTU and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
