Christina Corson

Christina Corson is the AVP of Human Resources and Business Operations at Adrian College. Christina has over 15 years of experience in human resources and has held various positions in both the public and private sector. Christina has a bachelor's degree in human resources from the University of Michigan.

Christina began their career as an intern at ProMedica, where they researched, designed, developed, implemented, and presented three course series on communications in the workplace. These courses were designed for nursing staff and included topics on crucial conversations, technological communications, and horizontal violence. Christina then took on the role of Health Record Associate at the University of Michigan, where they were responsible for managing medical records.

In 2011, Christina joined Great Lakes Caring Home Health and Hospice as the Human Resources Employee Experience Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leadership development training, new employee orientation, and new employee tablet training. Christina also managed electronic files for volunteers and medical directors. In 2013, Christina left Great Lakes Caring to join Careline Health Group as the Director of Human Resources. Christina held this position until 2020 when they joined Adrian College as the AVP of Human Resources and Business Operations.

Christina Corson has a Master's degree in Leadership / Administration / Management from Siena Heights University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Fitness and Rehabilitative Programs / Exercise Physiology from Central Michigan University. Christina also has certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR®).

They work with Donna Ward - Director, Purchasing, Wade Beitelschies - Director, Campus Safety, and Darin Seiler - Director, Information Technology Services. and Jolene Nofzinger - Benefits Specialist, Human Resources reports to Christina Corson. Christina Corson reports to Jerry Wright, VP, Business Affairs.
