Adhithi Aji

Adhithi Aji has had an extensive career in the technology industry. Adhithi began their career in 2003 as an Intern at Avaya. In 2008, they joined Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they were involved in a pilot project to develop a proprietary engine design, worked on a project to introduce a "Start-Stop" feature in automobiles, and developed a new product line for a premier client in the UK. In 2012, they were an Intern at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited. Adhithi then joined Dolcera as a Management Trainee in 2013. In 2014, they were a Product Management Intern at Siemens Industry USA. In 2015, they joined Expedient as a Product Manager and was responsible for maintaining the product portfolio and building the product road map. Finally, in 2016, they founded Adrich, a company that collects and transmits product usage data autonomously through connected smart product labels.

Adhithi Aji's education history includes a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2014, an MBA in IT and Operations from Great Lakes Institute of Management between 2012 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from M.S.RAMAIAH Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2008. Adhithi Aji also attended National Public School.
