Kimba King

Kimba King has extensive experience in human resources within the performing arts sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts since October 2010. In this role, Kimba partners with the Vice President of Human Resources to coordinate and implement comprehensive people functions for a diverse staff. Previously, Kimba was promoted to Human Resources Director, overseeing initiatives that aligned with employee and company objectives, and served as Manager of Human Resources, collaborating with the team on internal initiatives. Prior roles at the Carnival Center for Performing Arts included Human Resources & Finance Coordinator and Human Resources & Finance Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from administrative support to the execution of programs for employees and interns.
